Combined, Estes Park Center, Snow Mountain Ranch and Camp Chief Ouray employ more than 1000 employees every year. We offer year-round professional careers, seasonal positions in a variety of departments, volunteer opportunities and placements for international trainees. Many seasonal, volunteer and international positions provide room and board, activities, new friends, beautiful fresh mountain air and many more benefits.
We seasonally hire day camp counselors, dish washers, housekeepers, front desk registration experts, lifeguards, family program specialists, outdoor education teachers, reservationists, dining room servers, laundry attendants and many more positions.
